The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. "

"The Tempo has reasonable rates and is a great place to stay in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to Downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. "I was surprised when I checked in after paying upfront for my room that I was required to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel I had already paid for the room in. I was charged an additional $20 just to park overnight. The room was sufficient for my needs, close to downtown, although the shower had minimal water pressure."

"This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future. "One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing."
