"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. "The beds were not comfortable at all they were way to firm I also asked the front desk about parking and he told me it was 52$ per night however when I went to park and to leave back out to get a bite to eat I paid $18 just for 32 mins so everytime I left in and out it was a fee so he gave myself and several other customers the wrong information about parking and I didn’t like that at all"

Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "
