"The hotel was in a good location and easy to get around, One drawback was that the air conditioners hadn't been installed for the summer. The host was very friendly and helpful."

"Check in was extremely difficult. Received no info on process. Luckily the housekeeper offered help and called someone who gave me number to call to find out what cabin we were in and get the code. The same problem happened to another couple who knocked on our door and I gave them the phone number. I was told that Expedia doesn't give out phone numbers which is how they contact people with check in information. There is no staff on the grounds. Extremely frustrating."

Close enough to everything but not so close to be hectic. Nice restaurant just a few steps away. Miners I think it was called. And a short walk to the right had coffee and pastries that were awesome. Lulu’s was its name."

"There is no parking unless you walk to the far visitors parking lot,we stayed 2 days but had to make sure we moved the truck to a different parking space so we didn't get tickets or towed.we were unaware that our 2500 truck couldn't park in the parking garage it's to big.we will stay at a different hotel next time due to the parking issue, the hotel was very nice."

"I loved everything about our stay but the walk to the room. With it being attached to the casino you have to go through the casino to get to the hotel. This is very typical of all casino hotels but was not the norm for Holiday Inns. The restaurant in the casino was really good."
