"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded.

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. "We had a “sister’s weekend” at the hotel. It was a great location to access all the shops and restaurants. There’s bikes in the back and helmets to ride instead of walk. We played domino’s and talked in the public lounge on the second floor that conveniently had a restroom next to it. Ellie’s and the gift shop were bonus amenities that really brightened our stay. Ellie’s food was delicious! We had a great time and will come back again!"

"TV did not work complained several times to front desk never got it fixed nor did they offer to switch me to a different room. Had only been checked in an hour when asked to be refunded and was told they couldn’t because it had been 2 hours when I know for a fact it had barely been an hour.
