Das Personal ist sehr Aufmerksam und sehr nett. Vielen Dank für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer zu meinem Geburtstag und das auch Hunde auch wirklich willkommen sind.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage am Bahnhof Charlottenhof:
- Regios halten dort, dann Treppe/Aufzug runter und wenige Meter gehen
- stadteinwärts direkt am Bahnhof Haltestelle für Straßenbahnen und Busse. Stadtauswärts muss man etwas laufen zur Haltestelle "Charlottenhof/Geschwister-Scholl-Straße".
- Zum Park Sanssouci ist es fußläufig nicht weit (z.T. über reine Fuß-/Radwege).

"Schon die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, es wurde uns alles erklärt und wir konnten unser Zimmer beziehen! Der Blick auf den Luisenplatz und das Brandenburger Tor war sehr schön, besonders in der Herbstsonne. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant "Das Wien" war sehr gut und konnte bis 11 Uhr ausgiebig genutzt werden. Uns hat das Haus, die Zimmer, die Einrichtung und das Frühstück sehr gut gefallen und wir komme sehr gerne wieder!"

"Ich möchte gerne den netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hervorheben, der uns zu Beginn direkt Tipps & eine Route für unseren Potsdam-Aufenthalt mitgegeben hat. Sie waren das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts! Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, die Zimmer sind okay und vor allem dem Bad würde eine Renovierung guttun. Der Pool/Spa-Bereich kostet extra, was ich nicht so gut finde und wir haben ihn auch nicht genutzt."

"Schönes, etwas abseits gelegenes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber ausreichend.
Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant ist sehr lecker, aber auch nicht günstig.
Der Ruhebereich bzw.die Anzahl der Liegen indoor ist sehr überschaubar, da könnte z.B. im Poolbereich oder durch eine andere Anordnung mehr Liegemöglichkeiten geschaffen werden. Die Seesauna ist toll!
Ansonsten sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

"The place is very spacious, comfy and stylish with thoughtful design accents and in a really pretty area with a park and lake nearby. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies available such as coffee, snacks and clothes washing detergent.
