"The location of the Tavern Hotel in Old Town Cottonwood is wonderful! Lots of restaurants and shops to visit within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was beautiful, nicely appointed, and clean! We loved the huge fire pit and chairs outside the lobby, to sit and sip a glass of wine after a dip in the pool. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you!!"

"TUBS HAD NO STOPPERS AND GROSS, FAUCET LEAKED ALL OVER COUNTER AND FLOOR SOAKED MY CHARGING ELECTRONICS, WHEN TOLD MGMNT ABOUT IT, THEY SAID SORRY BUT WE ALREADY GAVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON YOUR ROOM BECAUSE "WE" DIDN'T HAVE THE ONE YOU BOOKED AVAIL. SO CRAZY!!"

"It was a clean room that had been recently painted and new floor in room. However, carpet in hallways was filthy and old, needed replaced. Continental breakfast but I went to Denny's for real food. Price through app was good. Back hallway entrance apparently didn't work from outside, so there was a rock placed to hold door open. I did see where someone moved it later though so the door would stay locked for the night."

"It would have been 5 star if there was more breakfast options, and there was also barely any soap/shampoo. Everything else was good. Staff was helpful."

"Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left."
