"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"The service was out of this world. We would head down for breakfast at the hotel and the room would be refreshed immediately upon return. The staff was always friendly and making sure our needs were met. I don’t think there’s a disappointing room on the grounds but we especially enjoyed the direct access to the street side porch with rocking chairs. We will definitely be back."

"Not as impressed as I thought I would be. Bathroom doors wouldn’t stay shut, so no privacy. Sink wouldn’t drain. All lights controlled only by the front door. If you turn on the light for the bathroom, it also lit up the shower on the other side of room, which made the whole room light up, disturbing the sleep of your companion.
Bar/eating area was short staffed causing long wait for drinks/food. And lastly, no decaf! Not everyone can drink caffeine. Everything else was good including the...

"We stayed at the Marker for our anniversary in a Harbor View room. Room was very nice and we looked out over a marina and had a nice balcony to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was good at the bar by the pool but not great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good enough fitness room to get a decent workout in but no universal machines.
Close enough to walk to just about anything you need. If you do stay in the Herbirview room be aware that the Schooner Bar across the path plays...

"The tag line of the hotel is "Come Hide" which was appropriate as it is hidden from plain view of the hustle and bustle of Duval St. The entrance is mysterious as it is set back and the pathway leading to the reception office is filled with green ferns/palms. Loved it! The center of the property is highlighted the bar and the permanent stage for the daily entertainment. Great place to stay and close to everything!"

"Check in lady was amazing, and the room was great. Nice location to walk most places. Free parking was tricky, but we managed it. There was a leak around the toilet which made the bathroom floor wet and a little gross. Otherwise it was nice and we would stay here again. "
