"Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest."

"we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel,

"Room was pretty clean but obviously not vacuumed. Property wierdly looks like its either pretty new or recently renovated but run down at the same time. Grout in bathroom was in rough shape. Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay."

"Lovely property. It’s very large and attached to a water park. When booking we requested a quiet room. As a result, our room was at the very back of the hotel on the 2nd floor, distant from the front desk and restaurant. Given the layout of the hotel, it made unloading/loading our luggage tricky as we needed to use one of the two elevators to ferry our luggage on a luggage cart. No complaints otherwise."

"It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work
there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out.
