"Location is great, staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Soft water so showers are heavenly. My only disappointment is the breakfast. Could add some fresh pastries and muffins. The bread and bagels were old and dry. Also add some hot chocolate instead of just tea and coffee. "

"We called ahead to see if you had bathrobes, we were told yes so my wife didn’t pack one. She was disappointed. Hotel was being remodeled and we were not notice that when we made the reservation. Elevator and some areas looked pretty bad. Water in lobby nearly empty each evening as we came back. Protein drink purchased from your snack area not cold more luke warm."

"Our room was really gross. We were immediately hit in the face by the smell of mildew upon entering our room. Couch was so stained that we didn’t sit on it. Bathroom had broken fixtures. Bathtub was dirty. Some sort of substances on the walls. They were sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. "
