"Staff was engaging, friendly and helpful"

"I think this was my first time staying at one of your properties. Very nice. Outstanding, free buffet breakfast. Will be returning."

"It was nice staying in the hotel. We were just disappointed that we have to walk up the stairs till the third floor with all our trolleys and bags. And when we arrived the room, the AC was not on and it was too hot inside. The microwave Oven is lacking a plate that we cant warm our food."

"Easy check in and comfortable room. Looked clean, but found a dirty wet towel caught up in the shower curtain. We were traveling with a cooler, but had no way to re-freeze our ice pack (fridge, no freezer), and the ice machine was out of order."

"The condition of the property was very poor the room had a bad odor. The sofa in the room looks very dirty and is stained and smells terrible. I would never stay there again. It wasn’t a good experience."

"Stayed 5 or 4 nights paid 200 worth deposit fees. Never received any receipts upon check in and only received one deposit of 50 dollars back. They say they are processing your refund the same night even on sundays during check in. They said the deducted 10 dollars one night for make up on towels. And today she said they took thirty for make up on towels. I’m not messy I’m clean. I get the charge the first time but I asked her to let me know ahead of time if they were taking any of my deposit....

"Outlets did not work. Bugs in the shower. Walls were paper-thin and I could hear everything."

"I’ve stayed here before. The check in was “here is your key”. Nothing about breakfast, etc. Seemed like employee did want to be there. First time this had happened. I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation. Not that I won’t be back, convenient for airport, but it would be nice that someone appreciates my business."

"They helped me keep ice packs frozen in a freezer in the kitchen. The tv played all stations. Clean rooms and quiet. So much better than other motels I’ve stayed at in Woodland."

"Seems like families live here full time. Everyone was nice but there was screaming and so so many children running around. Not a lot of parking either"

"Nice facility, good location. Downsides: 1) Generic breakfast offerings, 2) charging $12/day for outdoor parking in a location surrounded by open fields?? And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in."

"Breakfast was great , the only thing I could complain about was the fact that there was extra fees for parking every night and the amenities of using the e-bikes were not available as they were constantly used."
