"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great."

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne.
