"We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. "Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "

Breakfast was absolutely amazing- great selection, fresh, really nice staff and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the only drawback- the pool was down for renovations.
