"The room was fairly clean. Stairways reaked of marijuana, puke outside the entrance, entrance way needed to be vacuumed, pooped all over the grass from the dogs. Unfortunately, they don’t provide coffee in the rooms or hair dryers. Again, the room was clean and the hallway was quiet. "

"Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. "

"Front desk was professional and kind. Elevators were horrible. It seemed there were multiple families living at the hotel constantly walking around the lobby all day and night in pajamas and night hats. Not the image you want to see at a hotel that references itself as an Embassy! Try harder!"

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. The main light switch was gross - as if too many dirty fingers had used it. Other than...

"We got there to the front desk the lady was amazing she said this is your room but let me know what you think if you don’t like it come back down here, the room was dirty stains on the sheets and a weird smell that should of been my clue to leave "
