Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all."

"Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."

"We will not stay there again. Staff were slow and rude. We called about the AC not cooling the room and the staff said there was no maintenance and offered a refund. When we first entered the room there was a big puddle just inside the front door from when they power-washed the entire outside. A miscellaneous charge appeared on our card after our stay which the manager could not account for so we had to cancel our card. Booked the stay because they advertise connecting/adjoining rooms but when...

"The person that checked me was super dry and seemed to have an attitude while checking me in. The pool itself was so dirty and the water was not super clear, instead it was a bit cloudy. The shower in the pool looked disgusting and had the inside of a wet diaper all spread through the front of it where the mat was. Bathroom could have been more clean in our room. The floor in the bathroom had a dark black mark on the floor that would come off if house keepers took time to clean the room because...
