"Staff is great! Website is not accurate about port beeing 15 min drive. Taxis charge a lot and we took the bus for an hour to get to port. Steps are very steep in hotel when you have luggage or physical disabilities. No fridge in the room or coffee machine. Our room was renovated but carpets in hallways and staircase in room needs change. Our room was next to bar behind the hotel and noisy at 2am. Very cute little town. Food at the restaurant of the hotel is great!"

"We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. We said that was not what we agreed to, showed her our reservation on the Expedia site,with the...
