"Clean room, friendly staff! "

"The breakfast was awful and the coffee even in bold flavor was like water, the coffee pot in my room was filled with scum and dirt, the sink wouldn't drain water so it would stay filled for hours and their were hardly any plug ons to charge our phones..upon our checkout a member of the cleaning crew followed my son and stepson thru the hallways asking them questions they couldn't understand bc it wasn't English and then kept knocking on my door knowing myself and my toddler were in there packing! Horrible stay, horrible hotel and horrible housekeeping staff"

"We had booked a smoke free room. The first room might have said it was smoke free. But it smelled like people were smoking in it. I went back up to the desk to ask and the gentleman at the counter was more than happy to move our room. "

"Nice beds, quiet a/c unit. Too much old furniture and carpet. Bathroom is very, very small with 2 large pieces of furniture outside the bathroom door that can’t open all the way. Makes it hard for a bigger person. High perfume smell throughout the hotel. They allow pets in any room if you have allergies. "
