The word resort misleads expectations. While the room is large with kitchenette, it lacks basic 3 star hotel amenities."

"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"The room was very clean and a really good size, with a separate bathroom. My only (small) issue with the room was that the only place to hang a dress/long trousers was on the back of the room door. There was a mini fridge with drinks (that would be charged for at check out) and Netflix on the TV. There was a kettle and a coffee maker. There is a small roof top terrace, but no bar. All rooms are on the 6th floor as there are businesses below. The lift only takes you to the 5th floor so you need...
