Hidden gem in center of Saigon
Good place too stay, owner friendly . We are staying 3 night, hanging out pass midnight but owner always greet us with smile. You can ask them around the surroundings, money exchange or laundry service.

Overall, staffs and the owner was kind. However, does not clean as look like as the photo on the website. Whenever the elevator moves, spooky sounds shake the room. When it rains a little, it sounds loud and noisy. From outside the bath room, anyone can see silhouette of people inside. Even worse, since there is a cam, we could not shower.

Ruby was awesome.... And the rest of the staff. The wifi is strong and hot water a plenty. That being said there is NO CABLE TV although you have netflix and NO room with a view. The neighborhood is a bit rundown its close to and everyone is nice and quite. If you are looking for clean on a budget with a few quirks.. This one is for you!

最初はホテルとは思えない外観だと思ったが、親族経営でとてもフレンドリー。騒音の為のルームチェンジも快くやってくれた。立地も流行りのチョコレートショップや、レストラン、市場からほど近いし、又ホーチミンの生活感も感じられる。女性1人旅だと夜はホテルまで少し暗いので怖いかもしれないが、まず安全だと思う。

Great little place in the heart of Saigon. Quiet, conveniently located, manned by capable, efficient and highly obliging people. no breakfast, but has a kitchennete, ironing board, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Good for families. Can recommend to anyone.

Excellent family run hotel. Loved our 4 nights stay at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean ,comfortable beds. Happy, friendly staffs who offer free shot of whisky to us. Great in giving tourist tips and advise on local food. Centrally located at HCMC, 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh market and pub street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for an inexpensive stopover. Really enjoyed the friendship and service. Locally there are some god bakeries and resturants ,icecream and a brewery bar. Easy walk to the markets and walking streets.

close to pretty much everything you need: benh thanh >10min, buoi vien >10min, food around the corner where you could find local food stands, many fast food places around. we basically walked everywhere. This is located at the end of the alley, but still felt safe at night. Stuff was super nice, gave all the information needed. Even wrote them down for me as i had so many questions.

Simply a great place to stay. The reception was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. A Smart TV with free Netflix is something that should be mentioned, cause that was just a complete luxury. Would recommend this place to everything going to the city. 10/10

Unbeatable value for money
Spacious rooms, very clean, very friendly staff, close to many restaurants, nightlife, bars and shops, the hotel is just outside the “hassle nightlife area”, in a quit alley, but within 10 minutes walk from everything. Double glass prevent noise from outside. Kitchen and bathroom provide anything you need. Staff is extremely helpfull. All together, unbeatable value for money.

Best deal in town
The best deal for your money in HCM City. The hotel is centrally located, 5 minutes walk from Ben Thanh Market. It's family owned and operated therefore the service is excellent. Very quiet compared to other hotels in same area. Highly recommend to couple and family.

Always friendly and accommodating
Clean, spacious, affordable, this is my second stay, was happy to come back here after my visit to Hanoi, I have tried some other hotels and they were not as good as this one, for the price, this is the best in HCM. People have mentioned three of four stars, I have no problem saying on Asain standards this is four star and GREAT VALUE. The family bend over backwards to welcome you and are friendly without getting in your way.
