Very clean and comfortable hotel staff were extremely helpful restaurant food was excellent we will stay next time we are in town

The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help.

Great hotel for the price, in a good central location in district 1 in the city centre, good friendly helpful staff here too. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Id recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon.

朝食のブッフェで、本格的なベトナム料理が日替わりで楽しめます。中心街より少し離れているので市内でも静かでした。周辺は夜中で独り歩きできるくらい治安の悪さは感じませんでした。

Great welcome on arrival. Very quickly into room. Location is great, easily walkable to main attractions but without being too central. Nice pool area on rooftop that was never too busy, with very good waiter service from restaurant also on rooftop. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lunch/dinner restaurant quality (average) and price (high). The breakfast was pretty good though. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and i would happily recommend to others.

The beds are hard and the beds squeak, the air conditioning in the gym did not work , the bathtub/shower is dangerous you are always afraid you will slip and fall ,

Slitt hotell, men helt greit. Ekstremt hyggelig personale! Harde senger og veldig høye puter. Frokosten var også helt grei. Mest asiatisk mat, men noe vestlig også. Dårlig reinhold, badet vårt var skittent når vi ankom, men dette så vi ikke før dagen etterpå. Vi sa derfor ikke fra. Det hyggelige personalet var helt klart det beste med hotellet. Bassenget var fint, men litt skittent vann. Vårt rom lå slik til at vi ikke hørte noe av støyen utenfra, noe som var veldig deilig!

Amazing stay in every sense!!!! If I could give more than five stars for the service I would. The staff at this hotel are amazing and nothing is a problem to them. During my stay I had an issue with the bath tap. Within minutes, the night manager had found us an upgraded room, moved our belongings and ensured there was a fresh fruit platter in the room. I have stayed at many hotels although you would struggle to find better service than offered at this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting HCMC!!! The location is central to all District 1 has to offer and the hotel clean and modern. Thank you staff at Eden Star, especially Night Manager John for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We stayed here the last night and they permitted us late checkout at 2 pm and the use of the pool for the whole day after checkout. Access to beer included in price of room. John and Mrs Lam were very nice to extend these services. The room was nice, coffee in room. Breakfast was good with good variety. Location was good in District 1. They also kept our luggage after checkout. Pool was quite large rooftop with ramp for the pool and lots of chairs to sit or lie. There was also a poolside bar with good drinks. I would stay here again.

This is one of favourite hotels , but they dropped the ball , I had ordered birthday cakes , and even confirmed, I eventually had to call the front desk 2 times to get it , we only got room viip after our room cause the shower was broken ,

100点満点あげたいくらい素敵なホテルでした。
トランジットでベトナムに数時間滞在する為使わせて頂きました。 元々朝食付きのお部屋だったのですが受付の時に、朝一のフライトで夜中にホテルを出発しないといけないので、払ってますが朝食は無しで大丈夫です。とお伝えしたら、でしたら空港に持って行く用に簡単なサンドイッチなどのお弁当用意しておきますと言われ、感動しました。もちろんちゃんと用意されていて夫婦揃って大喜びでした。夜中となるとお店とかもまだ閉まっているのでその心遣い凄く助かりました。ありがとうございました。スタッフも皆さん良い人達でお部屋も清潔でした。

Nice hotel but inconsistent service
Inconsistent offering at afternoon tea service. One day they gave a tea pot for two people, but then the next day they only gave 1 cup of tea for 2 people. Other than that the hotel was nice. Will stay there again in the future.

Large room with beautiful wallpaper. Nice to have a welcome tray with fruit. Comfortable bed and good shower. Fast laundry service. Good pool area. Affordable food and drink at the pool area. Staff was nice. Afternoon Tea was a nice feature. My only complaint was that the floor in the room could have been wiped a little better.

Very nice hotel with excellent , friendly staff in good location . Only down side the air conditioning takes time to cool the room after been in sun all day . Something to circulate the air around the room would help
