Dear Ms./Mrs. Velzian, we sincerely apologize for your negative experience during your stay here. To explain the case better, we would like to respond to some points:+ Some fabric items in the room had many stains on them, including 2 pillowcases, 1 handkerchief, 1 bed sheet, and 1 mattress protector. We have provided you free support for 2 pillowcases and 1 handkerchief. Because the stains on the bed sheet and mattress protector are quite dark, we need to do special laundry which costs 100.000 VND each. Moreover, I would like to confirm that you paid the amount of 294,000 VND, not the "half a million" amount you mentioned (specifically, 294,000 VND includes 2 cans of beer, 1 bottle of mineral water, bed sheet cleaning fee, and mattress protector cleaning fee).+ Regarding the issue of warm beer: At the time you ordered a beer, we informed you that we did not have cold beer. Only after you agreed did I give it to you. + We apologize for not providing timely support when you checked in at nearly 2 am. When you checked out, the receptionist assisted you in storing your luggage without charge, as well as helped you move it. We hope this effort made you less disappointed somewhat. + Our “Standard Double Room” only has basic room amenities with limited space. We are sorry about the inconvenience.+ By the time you were sitting at the pool, our staff had arrived and planned to clean it. Then they saw you, so they left the place for you to enjoy your time here. We are sorry for making you misunderstand that we were spying or checking on you.+ Regarding the “concerning night time activity” and “a young girl with her shorts” you mentioned, our hotel does not discriminate on gender, nationality, appearance,... We appreciate and welcome every guest coming to the hotel. Each person has the right to have different interests, personal needs, or clothing styles,... We respect and have no control over that.
