何十回とホーチミンには行っていますが、ここには初めて宿泊しました。 思ったより朝食のメニューも多く、プールのサイズもあり、サウナまで付いていたので大変コスパが良かったです。 特にスタッフの方々の対応が良かったです。

清潔感がありスタッフの対応も非常によく価格以上のメリットを感じました。 日本語を話せるスタッフが常駐しており万が一の困りごとへの対応も協力していただける姿勢があります。 エントランスのデザイン性も素晴らしく、宿泊者には14時からのアフタヌーンティーが楽しめます。 今回の部屋は窓のないスタンダードな部屋でしたが窓ありの部屋よりも静粛性に優れ帰宅時も涼しいというメリットは大きかったです。 繁華街の近くにあるホテルですので騒音は多少はやむを得ませんが、窓無し部屋のメリットを感じました。 最近リフォームが行われ室内のリフレッシュと手動式ウォシュレットが導入されたことは大きく評価できます。 ビジネスや旅行でも必要十分な宿泊施設としてコストパフォーマンスは良いと感じています。

I stayed three nights and was reasonably comfortable. I’ll tell you the pros and cons below so if you guys consider staying there please check it out. Good ・The staff’s correspondence. They were so kind and were able to Japanese and English, if you are concerned about English this is a high recommendation. ・Breakfast It was buffet style and there were a lot of items. After breakfast, afternoon tea was offered until 17:00. Bad The gym was so cheap only has a running machine. The person who wanna training should not choose it. The wall was thin.

日本人繁華街レタントンにほど近いデザイナーホテル
出張で3泊しました。 まず立地は最高でした。レタントンエリアに徒歩1分で、どこへ行くにも便利でした。また広い裏通りですので、ホテルの前はゴミゴミしておらず、車も止めやすく、騒音もほとんどありません。 ロビーは写真通りのスタイリッシュな感じで、レセプションの対応もしっかりしています。 ただ部屋の古さは少々がっかりでした。今後部屋の改装に期待します。。。 朝食は、種類も豊富でその場で作ってくれるフォーとオムレツは非常に美味しかったです。 部屋さえ良ければ満点のホテルでした。

Noises
I am awaken by drilling/hammering works every morning (ard 8am). Apparently there are renovation works on certain floors. Also, my room wdw gets all kind of noises late night and early hours from the streets. Sleep was disturbed.

ロビーがとにかく可愛く、そして毎日お昼過ぎからフリーのアフタヌーンティーをいただけます。 お部屋も今回は窓なしのお部屋にしましたが何も問題なく、お部屋も広くて清潔でお風呂の水圧・水量・温度もバッチリでした。 朝食も毎日少しずつ変わりとても美味しいですしスタッフの方々が皆さん優しくて癒されます。 ホテルの位置は高島屋の前の道をまっすぐ東の方へ行けばほぼ近辺まで帰れるので覚えやすいです。 大通りより中に入っているので静かに休めました。 とてもお気に入りのホテルです。 またホーチミンに行く際はお世話になりたいです！ ありがとうございました。

ラグジュアリースイートを予約したが、部屋のオートロックの鍵がかからない、金庫の鍵もかからない！その日はとりあえず部屋を移動、下の階の暗闇の部屋へ入れられました。 次の日には鍵を直すと言われていたのに、全然連絡が来ないのでフロントに確認すると、いままで引継ぎは無かったようで、しばらく暗い部屋で出かけられずに待機。 結局、カードキーは治らなかったみたいで普通の鍵をもらって毎回鍵をかけて出入りしていました。金庫は使えましたが、バスルームの電気が切れていたり、シャワーカーテンが無かったり、エアコンのパーツがいきなり外れて天井でプラプラしてました。 ４泊分の予約入れてましたが、３泊とレイトチェックアウトでホテルを後にしました。こんな迷惑かけても何もサービスもなく本当にビックリしました！ たぶん２度と泊まらない。

staff were friendly and professional,room a bit disappointing, needs work done and moved the bed to get something that rolled under it and I don't think the floor has been cleaned for a while.

Es ist ein einfaches Hotel ohne viel Komfort. Zimmer sind schlicht, das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche, ausreichend Regale für Sanitärartikel. Der Kleiderschrank ist sehr klein und hat kaum Möglichkeiten Kleidung abzulegen. Fenster gehen in den Hinterhof. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und bemüht den Gästen einen angenehen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Ekstremt lille værelse i forhold til hvad billederne antydet, problemer med aircondition som vi skulle informere dem om 4 gange i løbet af opholdet på tre dage - tekniker var oppe og kigge men kunne heller ikke fikse det, så det skulle tændes af receptionen hvergang vi kom hjem - så varmt værelse at komme hjem til efter en lang varm dag.. Pengeskabet virkede heller ikke og kunne heller ikke fikses. Og så snavset gulv og sort svamp rundt omkring på badeværelset og specielt badekaret. Kvaliteten overordnet ser var på ingen måde 4-stjernet men max 2,5.

お湯の出が悪かったです、あと部屋が10階だったので朝、朝食の人達の足跡などが聞こえます(朝食は11階です)。10階から階段で上がるので通る時宿泊者の話し声がかなりうるさかったです。 しかし、フロントスタッフの対応は良かったです。 また泊まるかといえば、10階なら泊まらないです。

Like: Lobby & customer service staffs were friendly and helpful, served a welcome drink Off main road accessible hotel to many restaurants, shopping malls, landmarks situated at HCM District 1 Dislike: Don't be deceived by the decorations shown in the gallery, this is a refurbished old hotel! Doesn't deserve the status as a 4 star hotel!!! Room was at Level 2, directly above a open-air concept Izakaya restaurant. Room with windows are not sound-proof, noise lasted daily till 4am on the first day, 1am on other 2 days! Felt lethargic on the second day Turned on the tap from the basin, noticed that water was yellowish in colour. Had to allow the water to run for 5mins Issues with shower drainage, had to remove the cover to prevent water ponding during shower Breakfast buffet choices was limited, mainly local cuisine As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to various hotel living conditions. The said experience were tolerable except for the noise experienced during the 3 nights. Many other hotels located in HCM District 1 offering better facilities & living conditions for similar price range.
