It started with a horrible check-in experience when the rude Front Desk attendant informed me I had no reservation. After calling reservations & checking the system (yes, she did not check at the 1st instance), she found the booking and still asked me for a voucher. She later checked my passport and insisted to "safe keep" it which I refused.
I reached my room and it was hot. AC was not turned on, the floor had a squeeking sound & the exhaust in the toilet was noisy.
Breakfast the next day was another story. Food was cold, warmers were not refilled, clumps of brown sugar was in the white & tge cheese was unsanitariry place on ice.
At 11am, Front Desk calls, reminding me to check out at 12nn. When I left my room, the doors of the other rooms were left wide open, as the Housekeepers were chatting from across the rooms while cleaning. It took awhile before I could go down because all their rubbish were in the guest lift.
