The hotel staff, from the reception to dining lounge to room cleaning, are all extremely polite, attentive, helpful. Special thanks the the General Manager - Alexander Schoell, Front Desk Manager Le Đoàn Duy Khang for their prompt responses to minor issues of the foreign guest behaviors. We truly appreciated the attention and resolve. The hotel is located right in the middle of DistrIct One of the city, walking distance to lot of fine dining and eateries as well of the Japanese town nightlife. The best view of the river toward the new Baxon bridge and luxurious Thảo Dien in the distance, and the beautiful Me Linh Square.

Beautiful place that was welcoming to foreign travelers. Great support from staff in teaching us about maneuvering the city. Great location by walking street and river.

このホテルのクラブラウンジはアメリカ人が多いせいか、ケーキもホールでドーンと出ています。夕方のカクテルタイムには、豪華に中華、ベトナム、洋食、スイーツと殆どここで食事ができちゃうレベルでした。 お酒もスパークリング、白赤ワイン、ビール、カクテルが色々あり、賑わってました。 ラウンジのサービスもよく、メインダイニングとラウンジの総括責任者のシェフもお客様に挨拶周りをしていました。 シェフ曰く、日本人のお客様はまだ戻ってきてないねーとちょっぴり残念そう。 最上階のプールサイドにはバーがあり、その上にはレストラン、周りのビルの夜景と川を行く電飾ボートを眺めながらダラーっとするのがいいですね。 私達も利用しようと思ってレストランに行ったのですが、残念なインド人家族がプールで大騒ぎしていたので、涼しいラウンジへ退散💦 ラウンジはマナーのいいお客様が多いので、快適です😆

Awesome property in the middle of district 1; beautiful views of the river and city from rooftop ; pool was amazing and fun for family ; food options were good, including a fine dine Indian restaurant Benaras at rooftop ; staff were friendly and helpful ; travel desk has good city tour options to provide as well

Great location for tourist, even better service
Great location. Better staff. Room was ready around noon - 2 hours before check in time. Reception desk member was very professional and courteous. Offered me free breakfast although not included in my reservation. Also got my room extended by 2 hours for the following day’s check out. I know it’s dependant on how busy they are but they proactively provided that without me asking. The hotel is perfectly located for tourists (great riverfront views) and easy walking distance to most tourist sites. My stay was really enjoyable.
