Arrived at the hotel to be told we are going to be staying at their “sister hotel next door” as they were full and had no room for us. Made me question why I booked and paid for a room with them online through Expedia if the room was not available . Zero amenities and there are better places for less money . I felt conned

Pictures didn't really show condition of the rooms. Bedsheets dirty, showers moldy, very small rooms.

That is the reason we change 1 deluxe room to 1 deluxe family room for you.you stayed 1 deluxe ( 1 double bed and the same with the picture we posted on our website. 1 deluxe family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed this room have 1 more bed different from duluxe room). We change arcording your required us on the phone.Rooms are the same with hotel pictures. you can check again.All the room are clean and nothing dirty.If you was not happy with our room, we are very sorry about that and please let we know about what upset you when you staying at our hotel. Saigon Park Hôtel is a great property for first time visitors to Ho Chi Minh on a budget. It’s very centrally located and the staff are fabulously friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfectly clean! The rooms are small (though well appointed) and don’t always have windows, so this took a bit of getting used to, from our Western perspective.

All good. it will be nice if they give 2 cups for tea coffee. Alsk couple of sachets of tea and coffee. Basically staff is excellent and helpful.

소음 100퍼는 아니지만 95퍼까지 차단되서 좋았어요. 일본 비즈니스 호텔 급으로 좁디 좁지만 만족스러울 만큼 깨끗하고 배수도 훌륭하고 티비화면 크고 넷플릭스 인터넷 빵빵했습니다. 나무랄데 없었어요. 짐 맡기는 것도 꼼꼼히 챙겨주고, 직원 모두 넘넘 친절했어서 기억에 남아요.

가성비 최고의 호텔입니다^^ 가격이 너무 싸서 반신반의 했는데, 청결하고 벌레도 한마리도 없었고, 호텔 주변에 맛집이라고 소문난 식당이나, 방문해야할 곳들이 다 있습니다.^^ 호찌민 가면 무조건 다시 갈 예정입니다. 그리고 제가 마지막날에 체크아웃하기전에 호텔에서 유리잔을 깼는데, 너무나도 친절하게 괜찮다고 하시면서 그냥 가도 된다고 하셨어요. 너무 감동해서 작은 선물도 드렸어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Felt bad for coming in late for check in, and thereafter after 12am every night, as the crew seemed to be sleeping and had to unlock the door. There was a slight ant problem, but was immediately eradicated, and not one in sight :) overall a most excellent stay and definitely will be back!! Thank you to all the staff for making the stay enjoyable!!

Bra hotell, ligger i en sidegate som er et pluss. Men en del støy på kvelden/natta (fra de ansatte, som vasket eller lignende) Merkbart siden det ene rommet vi hadde var i 1 etg, rett ved trappa. Det var heller ikke vindu på dette rommet. Rom 001. Rom i 2 etg var bedre. Blide og hyggelig folk. Restauranter og shopping i nærheten. Veldig deilig med henting på flyplassen.

We changed 5 new bed sheets 5 times for you when you stayed in room. I am Ms. Cam, the manager of the hotel, i came to your room and checked what was happening there. You was happy and asked a tissue box for your running nose, i gave to you and i asked you: Is everything ok? you said yes, thank you. フロントの女性はとても感じが良かった。 お部屋は狭いですが、清潔で掃除が行き届いているのて 快適でした。ホテル出て左に少し行って道路渡ってまた少し行くと右手にバインミー専門店（BBQ ポークバインミーが美味しかった）、左手にカフェ（綺麗、快適、ベトナムコーヒーが美味しい、WiFiあり）があって朝食に最適！ ホテル右横には日系の美容院があり、ホテルのWiFiが不調だったので空港までのグラブタクシーを呼ぶのに助けて もらった。とても感じの良い方々でした♡ WiFiの不調は工事の人が来て一生懸命直していました。 ベンタン市場前の有名なピザ屋4p'sから徒歩10分ちょっとで帰れました。また利用します。
