Yes, all the rooms at our place nearly run out due to high demand of New Year, but we still kept two rooms for you (one is lower rent than the real booking). Our staff explained to your girlfriend although she gave wrong information of your booking value, it was actually different about VND80,000 to comparing to the real booking and we returned VND80,000 to her with her approval to stay. Didn't she tell you that she received that money? I'm so sorry all the happening but I was outside of Vietnam at that time, but it must be a mis-understanding between you and your girlfriend, my staff already explained carefully to her that you can find another place to stay and we can refund to you fully, or if you agree to stay, we can refund you VND80,000 as the different room rate. She agreed to stay and got VND80,000. All I thought you guy were safisfied with the way we proposaled, Anyways, I could learn something new from the Korean, they could accept to get back the refund, agreed to stay, but finally they can gave a bad feedback.
