Would not recommend
This hotel was nothing like the pictures on the website. It was dirty, outdated and falling apart in places. We did not feel safe here at all. We left early to move to another hotel.

Rooms were too small. Staffs were not knowledgeable, property was not clean. My whole family got bits by bed bugs. Towels were old and not well washed, there were stains on towels.

The staffs are helpful. The hotel room is a disaster. Red ants on table and dressing table. Found lizard in the bathroom. Wardrobe cracked and too tall it blocked the air con. Bedsheet, pillowcase stained. Dusty everywhere.

The location and price rates of the hotel are great aspects especially if u are going on a budget. Plus its very conveniently located near the shopping markets as well as the city area which makes it easier for touring around. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However there are things they can improve on. For instance, the room servicing is not always complete like trash doesnt get removed every day from the room, towels are not replaced everyday unless we inform the staff. And i think the room bathtub is not functioning as well and the shower water speed was slow. So maybe improving on these will enhance the hotel guests' stay experience. But nevertheless , it is worth staying here for the location , cost and the spaciousness/cleanliness of the room that the hotel offers especially if u are going as a group. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us and hope to see u soon!

The hotel is located near many amazing restaurants, the market is a 5 minute walk, and major sites weren't too far either so it is very conveniently located. Only downside, there were a few roaches.

The hotel is situated right in the centre. Would've been bearable if not for the noise. Staff were not very welcoming or friendly .

My room was pretty nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was okay, busy street loud until 1 am. The airccon worked but room never got cold. Fridge worked good. There some bugs around the windows but after I killed them and removed tablecloth covered in them from the room didn’t see anymore. Overall a good deal for the price range. Duvet was dirty, hotel changed it when I told them. Shower had a curtain and worked well.

2年ほど前に泊まった時はスタッフが親切で朝食の内容も納得できるものだったが，オーナーがかわったのか，スタッフもかわり，人によっては笑顔で気持ちよく接してくれるが，対応がずさんなスタッフもいる。朝食会場と内容の写真がエレベータ内に貼ってあるが，実際はフロントの隅にわずかなスペースを設け，ブフェとは名ばかりで，最初に出したものがなくなったら，指摘されて初めて市場から買ってくる始末。以前の食堂は別のサロンに貸し出し，まともな調理場も見当たらなかった。これは詐欺と言われても仕方なく，ベトナムで食事がまともでなければ，誰も泊まらない。オーナーがかわって元のようにならない限り，二度と予約しない。ベトナムには年数回泊まっているが，こんなひどいホテルは初めて。客は皆抗議していたが，対応がほとんどなされず，客もあきれてものも言えない状況。リストに載っているとエクスペディアにとっても不利益と思う。

Die Innenausstattung des Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen , hier muss etwas gemacht werden. Der Lärm ist etwas lauter,weil das Hotel in der Nähe von der Hauptverkehrsader liegt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht üppig. Pluspunkte sind das Personal , die sind sehr nett und professionell.

Great hotel in great location. Vy Khanh the receptionist, Gia Bao and entire staff is wonderful. Looking forward to stay there again. Room is larger than usual. Thanks all.
