"This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "bad condition, dirty, there were remaining food and rubbish under the couch and under the sink but nobody cleaned even if I already spoke to the host. Cleaner came but did not make the bed, they just take the blanked and cover the bed."

Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "This is a BEAUTIFUL property, very well maintained and appointed. Food was excellent, Villa's are very nice and the community pool and beach house were phenomenal. The resort is about 20 minutes outside of Danang in a very quiet part of town with direct beach access and a short trip to the local market and shops. We will definitely be back very soon!!
