"The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and our room was great. Their communication wasn't very good. Breakfast was included in our booking but they didn't tell us that we had to order it the day before so we missed out. There was construction happening to the building which we didn't know when we booked so the entrance was quite dirty and chaotic."

Especially, when she tried to explain the rule that we are only allowed to use one of the two beds in the superior double room we booked, it was so difficult to understand.
