"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...

"This hotel/resort is everything we expected. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent, always at hand and friendly. We were due to depart Ninh Binh by the overnight train and, while a late check out wasnt available, the staff managed to find us a shower to use before we departed. Thanks! While staying here, we enjoyed the pool, pool table and dining area but most of all we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of this resort."

"Excellent location surrounded by nature (lotus pond and backdrop mountains). Charming country farm construction and decor. Small staff was friendly and helpful, but dinner was slow with limited choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Khách sạn rất tốt, chủ nhà thân thiện dễ mến"

"Very quiet and beautiful view but very close to main attractions. New property. Great big room. The biggest one that we have stayed in VN. The elevator is a big plus. The owners were most hospitable. Will definitely recommend friends and family "

"Wonderful staff and owner! They took great care of everything to make me feel comfortable. The room was super clean and the WIFI was strong!"

"Great hosts and fantastic location. AC a bit weak"

"Everything weee so perfect, the team workers are so friendly and very helpful, definitely will stay here again if we comes back this town"

"We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful. The lady at the front desk spoke excellent English, and I personally witnessed her helping a guest who didn’t speak Vietnamese figure out how to purchase a bus ticket. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their guests. The location is also fantastic—very central and close to so many lovely places to explore. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend...

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is a smaller hotel so the included breakfast was ordered and cooked fresh. The hotel was a great value. Nice location and pool. The family who runs the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful. The food and drinks at the hotel were very reasonable and great home cooking. We really enjoyed our stay and would do so again."

"We stayed at the lodge for four nights in total and had a great experience. The rooms were well appointed, spacious & clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the freshly prepared breakfasts were a great way to start the day. The pool provided a great break from the heat and the location was convenient for local attractions and places to eat. We'd certainly go back & would recommend to family & friends."

"Très bonne expérience. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Les chambres sont propre et la literie est bien. La piscine est un plus dans cette chaleur, très propre et agréable. Situé à seulement 5 min en taxi du parking du parcours en bateau, c’est idéal. Plein de restaurant à côté, tous aussi bon et très locaux. "

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room was very basic and did not have a duvet or blanket. This made sleeping uncomfortable because the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, while turning it off was not practical in the heat. Construction work was taking place each day while new rooms were being built, which affected the peace and atmosphere of the retreat. Breakfast was also extremely basic, and after the first morning we chose to eat elsewhere. Used plates,...

"The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so...
