"Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home. We are already looking forward to our next visit — hopefully very soon."

" Excellent service from the moment we arrived , our luggage was handled with care from the curb to our room, we received a warm welcome from the staff with a drink and a rose as it happened to be international women’s day… such a thoughtful gesture! The room was very clean and towels and linens were a great quality. We enjoy our balcony and a view of the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast , whatever you wanted they had … very enjoyable! "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BEFORE READING. This is a review from a Da Nang Local who has stayed in this hotel 5 times. Everytime, it gets worse. But this was the worst by FAR. What you see on Hotels.com is super-outdated, and a bait and switch. Some rooms are NOT in the main hotel but a ghost hotel about a half-a-mile away with ZERO staff and a designated breakfast area that is 2/10 compared to what is offered in the main hotel. The Family rooms, specifically, are totally different from what you see, dirty, old, and without AC you control. The ways are stained with who knows what. NO COUCH. It's as if you are literally in a temporary prison holding cell...for $300 USD. REFUSE to eat in the "other" breakfast hall. Go to the main hotel and eat there. The selection is x5 as good and the atmposphere is x20 what youll find in this military mess hall they set up. Shame on Mercure for being this greedy. Sold out all year and ZERO upgrades? No staff? No communication? This should feel like a 5-star hotel for the $ spent/and made, but instead it is quite literally one of the worst hotels in all of Da Nang. I would skip Ba Na Hills altogether, as it has gone way downhill...but if you MUST go, NEVER stay here. "

"Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "
