"Told my room had been cancel that morning and I sat in the lobby for one hour and 25 minutes before I was able to prove to them that I had a paid for room reservation. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty and shabby… my carpet was duct taped to cover the rips, all furnishings were chipped and scratched . The Armchair fabric was torn with stuffing hanging out. Refused to give me the picture they took of my ID the following morning. Refused to tell me who the manager was. No movie...

"The pool area could be better. Always out of towels. Only had 1 elevator worked all week which was an inconvenience since the hotel was packed."

"This was not a good stay at all. Started out with hair all over bathroom floor. Called front desk and they said they would send someone right up-no one ever came up. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the whole 5 days we stayed there. The washer and dryer were broken. We were there for softball tournament and needed it, so ended up going to laundromat. I assume mower was broke too because grass was overgrown and never taken care of while we were there. Breakfast was a joke and next to...

"we stayed over the 4th, our TV remote did not work, and it took until the 5th for it to get fixed. Good breakfast, but there is a charge, and they were really pushy to get me to sign the book, even though I left the breakfast card on the book. No plates, and the staff was upset that we tried to grab clean ones from the stack that was visible behind the counter. Only one elevator working the weekend we were there, and it was busy since it was the 4th weekend"

"Great stay- clean room, good location. Outdoor balcony was nice- although a chair would have improved it. Overall, had a great stay and would come back again if in the area."
