My second stay at The Tasman within a few weeks, this time in a Heritage Room, prior in a panoramic. The hotel is lovely, centrally located, great breakfast and would recommend. It lacks the final polish expected of a 5 star hotel in terms of, acknowledgement of guest returns, a champagne on arrival, late night room service menu is really light on, etc. All In all, lovely but perhaps lacks final execution.
