"Computers were not working and check in took 45 minutes. No one said hello or apologized for our wait. We were then given a musty smelling room with wet carpet and we asked to change rooms. The new room had dirty sheets left in the pull-out couch. We were told they could only give us one extra pillow and no one came to collect the dirty sheets. Breakfast was sparse, machines were broken and normal items were not even out. The carpet is dirty is many spots, the rooms are not being properly...

"Room was large. Bathroom was clean. Shower head could have been better as well as the cloths hanging bar in the bathroom( ready to come off wall) Breakfast was ok but could use individual milk cartons (white&chocolate) Maybe cinnamon rolls/glacéd doughnuts."

"The hotel had no power and they couldn't provide any service. Was on hold for over an hour trying to get my money back. disconnected multiple times. Customer Service wasn't helpful at all."
