"Das Essen und der Service sind gut. Auch der kleine Kuchen zum Geburtstag fand ich toll. Kids Club und Family Spa sind ebenfalls sehr schön und ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, ist das Wassersystem. Das ist für Kinder gefährlich und auch für Erwachsene sehr nervig vor allem beim duschen. Das es sowas überhaupt noch gibt wundert mich. "Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. "

"The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference.
We would have gladly given this hotel a full five...
