"The ambience of the hotel is excellent"

"Great location for any activities downtown Amarillo. Right across the street from Amarillo Globe Center and The Sod Poodle baseball stadium. The small suite room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Our king size bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with a choice of made to order omelets along with a large selection of other breakfast items. "I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo."

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building."

"Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations."

"Great breakfast! The scrambled eggs actually tasted like they should--unlike so many other hotels. The sausage patties were great. The apple juice actually tasted good, unlike most hotel. I also like staying at hotels that have waffle machines and I appreciate that they offered unsweetened syrup. At my request, they also booked us downstairs as my wife has knee issues and our older Labrador retriever doesn't like stairs."
