"Konumu güzel ulaşımı harika otelin karşılamadı ve personeli gayet iyiydi. Odalar çok ferah ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı tatmin ediciydi. Otelin tek sıkıntısı teharet musluğunun olmaması. Bütün Avrupa’da bu sıkıntı var. İnsanlar kıçını yıkamıyor sanırım. İsviçre’nin herşeyi güzel ama bu konuda hala ..."

"The room was very warm, but the staff provided us with summer blanket and a fan which truly helped get us through the night. The staff was very helpful with directions to tram, restaurants provided a dry bag for floating down the river ride, which was exceptionally fun"
