"This hotel was great, we stayed with two toddlers and had plenty of space. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was about 20 min walk to the old town but an easy walk. There are grocery stores across the street from the hotel. It was about $30 uber ride from the airport. The old town has free WiFi available. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice apartment hotel near the train station in Vienna. Another with self checkin, but it was straight forward enough, although no one to talk to if you did have any problems. Only downside was having my door knocked on several times by cleaners in the last day, well before checkout time, but other than that it was fine. "

"Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on."

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. "Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación "
