"Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. "A nice place to stay for a couple of days in Ghent. The hotel is in a beautiful building with a nice view of the gardens through the bedroom window. It's convenient for the main tourist sites of the city, about ten minutes walk to the heart of the historic centre of town.We were a little disappointed to discover that the room had no safe, which is pretty standard in most places, which meant that we had to carry out passports etc around with us at all time. "I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
