"We are disabled and informed the hotel with an immediate reply back stating they would reserve a room on the ground floor. On arrival our disabled parking was reserved for us and the bedroom was very comfortable with a large modern bathroom with wet room and seat. Overlooked garden. Sufficient breakfast with scrambled egg as a bonus. Pleasant dining room overlooking swimming pool and gardens. Easy to find off the motorway as we were traveling from Italy to England. 2 mins drive to town centre...

"No issues whatsoever, great location for the Christmas markets in Strasbourg, the train station is just across the road and yet it's still quiet. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space andbthe breakfast is enough to set you up fof the day. Yes, I would stay there again."

"The room was clean and well equipped. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff were great. Shower was nice. A few small issues such as a rather cramped counter space in the bathroom. But really a great property. It's attached to an adjacent mall providing easy access to just about anything."
