"We wanted a traditional hotel & it was excellent with such friendly helpful staff . Walking location to river & activities- pool was great as the weather was very hot - rooms were big with balconies over the pool Lots of tailors nearby for getting clothes made - will be back again"

"We had a fantastic three week stay here, and we have booked again for next year 😎good sized rooms with comfortable beds good shower and separate living room. Rooms were cleaned every two days with towels and bedding being changed. It is close to the river and just a ten minute walk to the old town. Great value and highly recommended."

"This is a house and they built the rooms on top. The property needs to upgraded and it is very old. I would pay little extra to get a better room. Luckily, we only stayed for 1 night."

"Wonderful place with fantastic location and service. "

"From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The amenities and concierge services provided were excellent, and I can not rave enough about the 90 minute, hot rock massage! This is one of the best stays I have had, anywhere in the world. Hoi An, and the Old Town Hotel, are the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. Ni and Hau (I hope I spelled your names correctly, you are both amazing! I can not speak highly enough about this experience! Can I give 5 stars twice?"

"Great location and well maintained old style hotel"

"Wonderful resort, super clean, amazing garden and there's 3 pools to choose from. The staff are all so friendly, attentive and speak really good English. Rooms are clean, spacious. High recommended, only a short taxi ride to the Own Town. "
