As we arrived we were met by a wonderful woman at check-in Her name is Anna she took us and sat us down and explained everything about the cozy and surrounding area. The boutique was clean , the bed was comfortable and the staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet was tasty with plenty of choices. The boutique was quiet yet within walking distance to the cities hustle and bustle. Great choice for us. Cheers from Canadians

This hotel is a scam! They took our payment and then ghosted us without responding. Unfortunately hotels.com couldn’t help either. Very disappointing as we thought booking through this reputable agency would protect our interest but ended up still got our money scammed by this hotel. Avoid this place!!

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren stilvoll eingerichtet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. So wurden mir auf Nachfrage Hosenbügel und ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem waren kostenlos Fahrräder verfügbar, mit denen man in ca 30min zum Strand fahren konnte. Das Hotel war zu Fuß weniger als 10 min von der Altstadt entfernt, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Am Frühstücksbüffet gab es eine gute Auswahl westlicher und asiatischer Speisen.

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. Friendly staff, great choice for breakfast. The hotel is situated a good 15 minute walk from the town center but provides free bicycles to guests if required.

Wish I had more time here!

My biggest concern was the location. On a map, it looked good but wasn't RIGHT in the thick of it. This is a BLESSING! It is SO close to everywhere you want to be but perfectly placed just outside the chaos. I was happy about that. I walked easily to and from the hotel to all the places I wanted to see. Hoi An is such a cool place and great walking city that it didn't allow me to enjoy the hotel as much as I wanted to because it is SOOOOO nice and has such great amenities. The rooftop had a lovely bar and pool which I wasn't able to enjoy but did get to see (weather wasn't pool time weather). The restaurant was tasty and had lots of options - free breakfast was amazing and they have a nice coffee bar that can concoct more exotic coffee drinks rather than your typical morning cup of coffee. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The bathroom was probably my favorite of all the places I stayed in. It was bight, spacious, airy, loaded with amenities, and the tub was HUGE! The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Helen specifically helped me with any questions or concerns I had. They booked any connections I needed or made available a scooter at my disposal. This hotel I can't recommend enough. I definitely need to return to stay longer than I did. Hoi An is such a great city and demands longer than 2 days.

ホテルには浴槽もあり、きれいでとても良かった。出発の朝にミーソン遺跡までタクシーをチャーターしてもらおうと、ケィティに相談するとホテルの車をチャーターすることができ、スーツケースを乗せ、ミーソン遺跡を観光し、ダナン のホテルまで送っていただけたのでよかった！旧市街まで10分位で歩いて行けます。

Cozy Savvy is a fitting name!

We had a great stay! We would stay again and recommend it. We have stayed in a dozen places so far in the country and this place stands out among the best. Things we love: huge bathtub, balcony, hot coffee and cooked bacon, comfortable bed. The employees were genuinely friendly and helpful.
