"The staff was friendly and the service was okay, but the hotel was not what I expected based on the photos. It wasn’t as clean as it appears online, and honestly, it felt more like an old motel with a few cosmetic renovations than a hotel. The breakfast was the same basic breakfast you find at most hotels in Orlando—nothing special or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I don’t think it lived up to the pictures or the expectations they create."

"The stay was great. Very comfortable, staff was great, we used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel but were unable to use it on the way back as the earliest shuttle was at 5 and our flight was early! We didn't get to have the breakfast as it started at 6 and we had to leave at 4. We would stay there again :)"
