"When we first checked in, our room was not great. Smelled like chlorine, the fridge didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the maintenance person left a radio on the desk. However, they promptly moved us to another room on the same floor with none of those issues. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience which should have been standard for customer service, but overall it was fine once we moved to the new room."
