"The bed was lumpy and it felt like it had a divot from way over use. The pillows were also Lumpy and flat. We were put into a handicap room which we did not need and the shower was way too low for someone who stood in the shower to use"

"I wrote a review previously and I now received another review request I presume hoping I would change my review. I had an awful time at this hotel. The staff was terrible. The room was ok but the garbage pails were never emptied during our entire 2 day stay. We waited more than an hour & a half for an additional blanket after calling the front desk 3 times & only to find after not deciding to call a fourth time they the blanket was left at the door without the person even knocking to let us know it was there. So we were cold for almost 2 hours. The parking fee is excessive. Overall it was one of the worst experiences u have ever had at a hotel. We would NEVER stay at this Hotel again. I guess that after Jimmy Buffet died the hotels went downhill. I stayed at the resort in Hollywood Fl several years ago & it was great. This hotel not so much. Don’t waste your time & money to get aggravated!"
