2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"They room was clean, the bed was nice and comfy, I was able to get top floor which was nice but I was connected to another room via the door and it did make me uncomfortable. "This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "
