"The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Environmentally conscious and friendly front desk staff. Very reasonable price and close to a public transportation stop (2 minutes walk at most.) Conversely, my experience at restaurant attached to the hotel was quite different. According to them, their pool cleaning caused…rodent issues at the restaurant, to which I saw. Their initial response to this feedback was somewhat defensive but apologetic once they confirmed my identity. Not sure what my room number had to do with their rodent issues, but they responded with an apologetic note in my room afterwards. Food was underwhelming and I lost my appetite after the running rat."

"Modern hotel with a tram station right outside, Less than 10 minutes from Amsterdam central via transport. Easy check in/out. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and clean. Definitely worth it."

Best way to buy the ticket: go straight to the information office to buy ticket = faster than figure things out by yourself. The automatic ticket system will quote you a ticket price that will cost a lots more than buying from the ticket office. "
