"I didn’t care that the sheets and towels were not changed every other day. But could they not leave new coffee cups and coffee? Weekday people were so so when I said something BUT weekend people were consistently positive. Does this sound petty? But I guess it’s more that they were surprised that I thought it should happen magically."

"Great staff and very clean room. However we were given a room with a sink and bathtub that would not drain. The shower had a large crack in it as well. As much as we paid for our one night (which was a bit ridiculous in price but only decent hotel available), the sink and bathtub should have worked properly. The staff being so friendly and attentive is the only reason it was 3 stars and not lower. "

"Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG"

"The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again…."
