"This is an excellent hotel! Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great condition and clean everywhere (lobby area and room). Breakfast was great with so many great options. There is a ton of parking too."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's also not surrounded by a lot of other hotels so there wasn't much traffic. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect for starting our day."

"Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter."

"Hotel is intended for business travelers. Rooms are clean with amenities. Didn’t use the pool, the hotel had several parties, weddings which left no parking for residents and we had to pay for parking!"

"Shower head was only releasing a trickle of water, rest was running out the tap. Only 3 towels . USB charger didn’t work. Couldn’t make room dark lights were dim, but had to cover clock with pillow Room smelt of synthetic gas, or Cleaner, off gassing, gave me a headache. Breakfast looked disgusting out of a package. Even at DC prices this was worst Hampton I have ever stayed at."

"I didn’t love the setup of this place. Lots of stairs and walking outside to get to the rooms upstairs. Front desk staff was decent but not overly helpful. My first room smelled strongly of weed. I was able to change rooms, but it all involved a lot of back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. The shuttle to the airport is helpful, but I waited 45 minutes for one when I landed. It’s a decent place for an overnight to and from the airport. The breakfast was nice."

"I was places on the bottom floor at front of building. No idea a tour bus was arriving at 10:00 pm. The tour bus beeped for 10 minutes straight waking my wife from a dead sleep. The guests were talking and laughing in the hallway until after 11:00 pm. I finally called the front desk. The bed was like sleeping on a box spring rather than a mattress and the toilet would not flush. I usually enjoy my stays at Marriott but no worth $200 for this stay."

"My room smelled pretty bad like body odor and the carpet was sticky. I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away."
