"My flight home got canceled due to weather which prompted me to book my stay. I made it to the free shuttle pick up point a little after 10:30pm, but the hotel informed me that no one will be coming to get me. Unfortunately, I ended up having to book a $30 uber. Once there, we received our room keys and when we finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off. We didn’t get to sleep until around 1am and our new flight was scheduled for 8:20am. "The room was not cleaned well. The room and the sheets had a weird smell. The bathtub and the toilet had hair and something on them as well. The area where coffee and amenities are had a lot of dust and little hairs. This was probably one of the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I had good experiences with Marriott before this stay but this one was really disappointing."

"When I checked in I was given a king size bed which was not what I reserved. I had to take all my bags back down to the lobby to get the correct room. Once I went to the new room the AC was not properly working. A maintenance tech had to come and clean it out because it was full of dust. I’m not sure what he did because I left the room because it was so hot. It was 99 degrees that evening when I checked in. A bit out of the way from the nearest Metro station so call them while you're on the way and they'll send a shuttle. "The doors to the handicap room we had and locking access door to parking did not have any way to keep them open. Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night. Also, sidewalk is poorly maintained and bumping from crack to crack threatened to toss person from wheelchair. Definitely will not stay here again."
