"My dislikes are they never asked if I had pet allergies, but put us in a room that had animals in it previously. I am super allergic to dogs and cats. My nose has finally cleared up 6 hours later and my eyes are starting to to feel better. The second dislike was they only left us two washcloths, towels and hand towels. For the price we paid for the room, I would have thought they could afford 4 of each. My poor husband went down to the lobby and did get more, but he should not have had...

"Good overall. Mostly clean. A little outdated and the suites are a tad dark, but friendly staff, breakfast was good, and otherwise a satisfactory experience."

"Staff was very attentive, polite and seem to care about being helpful and customer focused. The lady that maintains the kitchen/breakfast area is wonderful and hard working. I have stayed here a few times and it's always clean. I will certainly be back."

"We got there. The A/C was not working at the lobby and hallways. The Ice machine was not working on all 3 floors except the 1st floor. The room did not cool under 70 degrees. We set on 66 and it would not get any cooler. Also they told us housekeeping was every other day. After we came back from Memphis for the day. We did not have clean towels. Had to go to the front desk to retrieve those..I I will not stay at that location again."

"The property was clean and located just a few miles away from restaurants and Ole Miss However, the property had an extremely STRONG fragrance throughout which aggravated my asthma and gave my husband and daughter headaches. Also both TV’s in our room didn’t work and the king bed wasn’t comfortable. If you are sensitive to smell be aware!!! The staff was nice and breakfast was fine but personally I won’t stay there if I’m in the area again."
