"ROom was clean bed comfortable.
Front desk available at any time. Even when busy still steady and with smiles on their face. Shuttle was reliable fast and driver safe driver.
Only downfall no microwave in room. But one accessible on 2nd floor.
Pool beautiful clean and well maintained.
Not too many food options in walking distance. Restaurant and bar available in hotel BUT we didnt opt for that. Nothing wrong prices and food did look good we were just wanting other things.

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Updated and nice. The bathroom was also nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the transportation drivers. They were inpatient and rude. The property and other stuff was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed early check in. I would most definitely stay there again. "

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed....

"We arrived early in the am. We asked to check our bags early. They let us have the room at 10am. It was great being able to nap & be rested before getting on a cruise the next day. Breakfast was okay. Had eggs & sausage but no potatoes. Being gluten free there wasn’t many options. I wasn’t too worried because the ship had lots of food. "
