"Got a free upgrade to balcony room, room was quiet at night no banging doors or stomping feet. The restaurant was out of a lot of food items and the food we ordered was not good. Pizza at the attached pizza place tasted good. Short walk to the Intuit and Sofi stadiums."

"This hotel was very clean and fancy inside. We stayed 4 nights and everyday our room got cleaned for us. The bar inside the hotel was very nice, the drinks were good. We checked out the pool for a bit, its outdoors surrounded by Palm trees. The only thing I’d say I didnt like was the price for parking at the hotel every day. It’s a parking garage and it’s $66 a day I believe. There’s another parking lot fenced in right next to the hotel and it’s $34 a day. That’s the one we parked at, it’s...

"We enjoyed our driver Kat driving us to the airport. She shows she loves her job and was a delight. Nice room and breakfast."

"The photos were misleading. Multiple things were broken; faucets, hair dryer, and the toilet kept clogging. Honestly half of the staff did not speak English but we're still nice. The bed was comfortable and they had breakfast but the breakfast is definitely very basic. Nothing fancy. But at the end of the day it's a place to rest and it was ok."

"Only issue I had is they make you pay for parking and it’s barely parking spots available. at night time if you leave out when you come back it’s a scavenger hurt searching for a spot."

"Upon arrival, this hotel has a HUGE sign in the lobby welcoming service animals. I booked my stay for 2 nights. After the first day, we were kicked out for having our miniature schnauzer. Management and cleaning staff were waiting for us outside our room door like criminals. I explained to them I had proof of our service animals which they didn't care to see. They just wanted us out.
